By placing an order with us you hereby represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy.

However, we do not warrant that such description will always be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to make corrections and modifications in such description.

PRICING DISCLAIMER

We endeavour to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information with respect to the products listed on the Site. We cannot, however, warrant against pricing errors. Spliff Seeds reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to not process or to cancel any orders placed for a product whose price was incorrectly posted on the Site as a result of any error. If this occurs, we will notify you by email or other written communication. Besides this, Spliff Seeds reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct any error in the stated retail price of the concerned product. We may also update the prices of our products, from time to time, at our sole discretion.

RETURN AND REFUND

1. Return Period: You have the right to cancel and return all orders placed by you on our website within a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of your order (“Return Period”). To return, we kindly ask you to contact us within the above-mentioned Return Period. This can be done by using our contact form on our website or by sending an e-mail to info@spliffseeds.nl. When you return your order within this period, we will refund you all the amounts paid by you, except the return shipment fee which shall be borne by you. If the products are damaged or faulty, the same Return Period and conditions apply. Please note, you cannot cancel or return your order after 14 days have lapsed from the time you received your order.
2. Condition of Cancellation: During the 14-day period you should treat the product as you would in a store. In addition, you may open the packaging, unless it is sealed. If you have done more than absolutely necessary to assess a product, the loss of value may be charged.
3. Exception: Products whose sealed packaging is opened by you, or which are perishable, cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are damaged or faulty, in which case you must send proof of damage through clear photos and videos to info@spliffseeds.nl.
4. Return Shipment: You are responsible for shipping the product(s) which you wish to return.
5. You must send them at an address provided by us via email to you after you contact us for the return. For any doubts, write to us at info@spliffseeds.nl.
6. Refunds: Once you return your order within the Return Period, the actual amount that you paid for the returned product (minus any return shipment fee) will be issued to your original method of payment within a period of 14 working days, provided that we have received and assessed the product. This period will commence from the time we approve your refund after assessing your returned product. You can see the refund in your bank account or credit card statement, in 7 working days after the refund is issued, but this may delay depending on your bank or financial service provider.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Policy in no way restricts your statutory right of any return as per laws of the jurisdiction applicable to you. In case of any claims, disputes or controversies arising out of or in relation to the services, or this Policy, the same shall be dealt with as per the Governing Law and Dispute Resolution clause as mentioned in the Terms & Conditions.

We may add to or change or update this Return Policy at any time, from time to time, entirely at our own discretion, with or without any prior written notice. You are responsible for checking this Policy periodically. Your use of the website after any amendments to this Policy shall constitute your acceptance to such amendments.
